For our New Zealand customers:
Any DNA samples received at the office after Friday, December 1st 2023, will be held and processed once the DNA team returns in the New Year. This is to ensure samples will reach the Neogen lab before Christmas.
Please take into consideration that the courier and postal volumes are high at this time of year so send your samples now!!
| It is recommended to test samples for BVD within 4 weeks of collection. Testing of samples over 4 weeks old may invalidate results. Should you have samples that require BVD testing then please ensure they are sent to the office prior to this date, otherwise we suggest holding off collection of the samples until the New Year. |
For our Australia customers:
Any DNA orders to be submitted to Neogen prior to Christmas need to be emailed to the PBB DNA team no later than Monday, 18th December 2023. Any orders received after this date will be held and processed once the PBB team return to the office in the New Year.
