Performance Beef Breeders was established in 1996 out of a shareholder structure between the Angus and Hereford Beef Breed Associations.
Such was the success of the amalgamated administration the shareholding was opened up in 2005 to include other beef breed associations.
18 months ago the Kimbolton Road premise was outgrown and sold and a new purpose built administration facility was constructed on the fringe of Feilding’s CBD at the entrance to Manfeild Park.
PBB House at 75 South Street houses the 15 PBB staff members, Breed Association General Managers, and three other commercial tenants; Meat & Wool NZ Regional, Agricultural ITO and Worldskills.
PBB, originally established to take full advantage of economies of scale, now provides a ‘one stop shop’ approach to the vast range of products and services available to clients which include:-

PBBNZ is a limited liability company with strong commercially focused governance by a Board of Directors comprising of six members. The shareholding platforms are responsible for nominating their own Directors. The current Directors are:
